Swallowable, Sustained-Release & Targeted Release Dosage Forms

The semi-permeable membrane encapsulation mechanism of ESELi™ has been used to create extended action systems, sustained release, and targeted release product variables. Various physical forms of this delivery system are available as a solid molded unit or in soft or hard gelatin capsules. Because of the physical properties of this technology, solid forms can be molded in multi-layers, each having different release properties (for example with depots in various parts of the digestive system) and containing totally different actives.
